CAR RENTAL PERIOD: The shortest car rental period is 24 hours.
DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AGE OF USE: For economic group vehicles, one must be at least 22 years old and have a valid driver's license for 2 years, for medium group vehicles, one must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver's license for 3 years, for upper group vehicles, one must be at least 28 years old and have a valid driver's license for 5 years. Must have a valid driver's license for one year, be over 30 years old for luxury group vehicles and have a valid driver's license for 5 years.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT: Rentals can be made by cash, money order or a valid credit card. For gasoline and other extras, a pre-authorization amount of 1000-5,000 TL is blocked from the credit card, depending on the rented vehicle group. 5,000 from two separate credit cards for upper and luxury group vehicles; Each TL provision is blocked. The final provision amount is determined upon delivery of the vehicle. There is no credit card requirement for our expat customers coming from abroad.
TRAFFIC FINES: Payment and service fee for any traffic fines that may arise as a result of non-compliance with traffic rules (including incorrect use of toll booths on bridges and highways) will be collected from the credit card belonging to the tenant named in the contract and whose information is included in the rental contract.
BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS: Our customers have the right to cancel their reservations free of charge 24 hours before the reservation time on the date the reservation was made, and in such a case, you will not be charged any fee. Additionally, on the date you make your reservation, you can cancel your reservation without any fee within 1 hour after completing the reservation and vehicle availability confirmation. If you want to cancel your reservation other than the above conditions, you will be charged the 1-day rental fee of the vehicle you have reserved. This amount is stated in the information e-mail sent to you after your reservation. You can find the amount information for each day in the vehicle payment details in the relevant e-mail.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICES: The Prices stated in the list include Exempt Accident Insurance and VAT. Exempt Accident Insurance covers damage in the event of a collision. If the insurance conditions are met, the customer compensates for the damage resulting from the collision, with a minimum of 10,000 TL depending on the rented vehicle group. This insurance does not cover damage that does not occur in the event of a collision (parking lot, tyres-glass-headlights). During rental, the exemption can be removed by paying an additional fee depending on the vehicle group, provided that full insurance is obtained. All our vehicles have a mileage limit. It is limited to 300 kilometers per day for 1-day rentals up to 3 days, 250 kilometers per day for 4-day to 8-day rentals, 200 kilometers per day for rentals between 9 days and 13 days, 150 kilometers per day for rentals between 14 days and 21 days, and 135 kilometers per day for rentals over 22 days. . 50 kilometers per day is lower for luxury group and minibus group vehicles. OUR ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
One Way Rental: It is possible to return the vehicle in a city other than the city where it was delivered.
However, this is subject to a certain fee and vehicle reservation availability.
Additional Driver: Must comply with driving license and driving age requirements.
After the 3rd driver, an extra daily fee is required for each driver.
Delivery and Drop-Off: You can benefit from the service of delivering and dropping off the vehicle to your address for a certain fee, provided that you notify in advance and the conditions are met.
Baby and Child Seat: For your child's safe travel, if you inform us during the reservation, it will be provided for a fee, subject to availability.
Use of Additional Hours: In case of delays in the return time determined at the beginning of the rental, 1/5 of the daily rental fee will be charged for each 1 hour delay. If the time exceeds 3 hours, 1 day's rental fee will be charged.
Navigation: It can be provided at our office to add comfort to your trip. Please get information when making your reservation.
Fuel: Vehicles are delivered with a full tank as much as possible and are requested to be delivered full. Any fuel differences will be collected from the user by adding the service fee.
INSURANCE COVERAGE VALIDITY CONDITIONS:
In the following cases, the insurance benefit guarantee will be deemed invalid and the damage that will occur will not be covered by the insurance.
*Giving the vehicle to someone other than the names written on the standard rental contract.
*Damages that may occur as a result of operating errors in the vehicle. (using the vehicle with high engine speed, bad road conditions, walking on flat tires, using bad and wrong fuel, etc.)
*Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
*Using the vehicle outside the traffic rules. (exceeding legal speed limits, crossing red lights, etc.)
*Using the vehicle carelessly and without taking precautions (not adjusting the speed according to road conditions in rainy weather, not following the vehicle in front at a safe distance, etc.).
*Failure to obtain the necessary reports (traffic and alcohol report, etc.) from the relevant authorities in case of an accident.
*Not returning the original key in case the vehicle is stolen.
EXCESSIVE DIRT: Expenses arising from transporting pets in rented vehicles or wet vehicle upholstery, cleaning dirt and stains caused by food and beverages on the upholstery will be charged to the customer.
